Addressing escalator problems at Wanstead Tube station

I know many residents are frustrated by the ongoing escalator problems at Wanstead Tube station. Cllr Emma Shepherd-Mallinson and I have spoken with TfL and the Mayor’s Office to make clear that this repeated disruption, which has persisted on and off for over a year, is unacceptable.
