Defence Industrial Strategy Submission

Hello folks,

This is my submission for Defence Industrial Strategy. This submission addresses critical STEM skills shortages in the UK defence sector.

The submission proposes recommendations to bridge skills gaps, enhance social mobility, and ensure a sustainable defence-STEM workforce. Key suggestions include developing a comprehensive STEM strategy, reforming apprenticeships, implementing flexible career pathways, and adopting a "Whole of Society" approach to broaden access to defence careers.
