Joining Service Personnel at the Speaker’s Black History Month Reception

I was honoured to attend the Speaker’s Black History Month Reception and welcome service personnel to Parliament.

As the former Chair of the RAF Ethnic Minority Network, I am always proud to see former colleagues engaging with Black History Month and our Parliament. Representation matters. Every young person should see people who look like them in leadership and know their ambitions are never limited by their background.
