Opening the new Emergency Department facilities at Whipps Cross Hospital

Yesterday I was proud to return to Whipps Cross Hospital to officially open the new Emergency Department facilities.

It was really encouraging to see the investment going into improving the department, including better treatment spaces and facilities designed to improve patient experience and support staff under pressure.

It was also awesome to catch up again with the brilliant team behind the service - dedicated staff working together every day to care for local people.
