Visit Wanstead Place Surgery

This week, I had the opportunity to visit Wanstead Place Surgery to better understand the challenges faced by primary care providers. As well as not having the ability to self-fund an extension to their current building, Wanstead Place Surgery faces challenges around rent from NHS and mortgage costs.  I will work with local councillors and stakeholders to try and improve these problems for our GP surgery.
