🇺🇦 Asked a question at PMQs on the Ukraine war and NATO
🍎 Visited Belmont Park School
🇫🇷 Met the French Armed Forces Minister
☕ Had a coffee with Kam Rai, Leader of Redbridge Council, to discuss local priorities
🎗️ Joined the World Cancer Day reception at No.10
✉️ Wrote to the Home Office on earned settlement proposals and Ukraine refugee routes
🏀 Met the CEO of the London Lions basketball team
🥐 Visited Bare Brew in Wanstead
✈️ Joined the 12F Air Cadets for an evening
🚪 Canvassed in Cathall and Cann Hall
🎙️ Joined LBC’s Cross Questions
🧱 Gave a speech on place-based employment, highlighting local jobs in construction
🌟 Spoke at a Future Leaders Redbridge event
🍽️ Joined the British Chamber of Commerce for lunch to talk Brexit
🇩🇪 Spoke in a debate on UK–German relations
🎗️ Took part in an all-cancers APPG session, representing the Prostate Cancer APPG
