◾Highlighted constituent stories in a debate on the sale of fireworks

◾Visited Good Shepherd Studios in Leytonstone

◾Met with Minister Gould to discuss SEND reform 📚

◾Joined with councillors canvassing in Wanstead

◾Visit to Barrow-in-Furness with Defence Select Committee 🥽

◾Hosted an event for PALOP countries (Portuguese-speaking Africa) in Parliament

◾Held constituency surgeries in Leytonstone 🗣

◾Met with defence and infrastructure representatives from the Netherlands Embassy 🇳🇱

◾Met with LADbible to discuss youth employment in the creative industries locally 📝

◾Chaired the Armed Forces All Party Parliamentary Group AGM

◾Intervened in debate on Ajax programme

◾Visited the Lily House Clinic facilities in South Woodford 🏥

◾Spoke up for non-UK service personnel in an Armed Forces Bill Debate

◾Joined with campaigning in Leyton 🌹

◾Explored joint approach to counter security threats with the German Embassy

◾Held Avenue Road drop‑in with residents 🏘

◾Joined Defence Committee visit to RAF Wyton to understand the work of the Defence Police

◾Visited the City Place cafe in Wanstead to meet the team 🥐

◾Attended Leytonstone canvassing

◾Recorded an interview with the Crossbench podcast 🎙

◾Raised a question to the Foreign Security on Greenland and European cooperation
